Louis Shamel

Pricing Strategy & Analytics Consultant | Lasting Improvements to Commercial Decision-Making at Scale

Pricing strategy and analytics consultant specializing in high-SKU, high-transaction commercial environments. I help organizations build lasting improvements to how pricing decisions are made, delivering sophisticated analytics systems calibrated to the client's commercial context, end-to-end, from strategy through deployment. With deep roots in life sciences and enterprise-scale pricing operations, I bring both domain credibility and technical execution to engagements that require more than a slide deck. Everything I build is designed to be owned, operated, and extended by the client's team.

With a scientific background spanning hands-on laboratory research through graduate-level study of the life sciences business, I bring an uncommon contextual understanding of the products being priced, how they're used, how they perform relative to alternatives, and what that means for customer decision-making and pricing strategy.
